6/26/2014 – OKC, OK — Its been awhile, but we’ve uploaded a new video; Episode 405 ‘Dirty Deed by the Dumpster.’
This video was shot by JohnTV’s own Video Vigilante Brian Bates this past Tuesday in the general area of S. Robinson Ave. in south Oklahoma City.
Around noon Bates was observing a longtime mother daughter prostitution team in the area of SE 44th and S. Byers Ave.
The mother, Teresa Walker, and her daughter, Tisha Howard, have spent most of their lives as transient drug addicts either selling themselves independently or at the hand of one of many pimps in the area.
On this day Bates watched as the two, standing in a neighborhood school zone, solicited passing vehicles and men that would stop to wash their cash at a neighboring car wash.
Bates had been notified that Tisha is once again pregnant and working the streets. We don’t know how many children Tisha has given birth to, but we are told its between three and five. We are also told none are in her custody.
Just minutes before Tisha was picked up by a John, both she and her mother were stopped and briefly questioned by two patrol officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department.

Despite the police knowing exactly what Tisha and Teresa were up to, they are really fairly helpless in doing anything other than making their presence known. Which didn’t seem to have much impact considering only seconds after they pulled away a ‘John’ promptly pulled up and Tisha got into his white truck.
The two drove east on SE 44th just a few blocks to the Buy For Less parking lot near SE 44th and S. High Ave.
Once there the driver pulled around to the back of the building and parked next to a dumpster – romantic huh?
Bates parked in the front of the building and walked around, using the dumpster to hide his approach.
Once Bates confirmed that the two were engaged in public lewdness he approached the vehicle and let the driver know he was BUSTED!
The truck appears to have been displaying a commercial tag and as is often the case, the driver was wearing a wedding ring. Also, as pointed out by some observant YouTube viewers, the driver has a child’s car seat in the back seat of the truck (which makes him a double scum bag).
The next day Bates turned a copy of his video over to a member of the Oklahoma Vice Unit for investigation and prosecution.
